Lord, I humbly ask for your hand in mine to walk me through this time of need. In your light I receive strength . . In that strength I rebuild the castle of my mind. Your love is all that fills me, as every cell in my body begins to rejuvenate from the roots of where I once was born. Your light and presence connect me to my soul. Deep in the silence, my soul speaks and I unlock the chains that set free the demons of worry, lack, pain, grief, illness, stress and struggle out of my mind.
