I spent some years completely alone, no true friends that supported me, no relationship. Have not been married or had kids. My darkest times I went through were for the most part on my own. I had to dig deep to find my courage and lift myself up. I learned to form a solid relationship with myself and reached for sources wether in a book, a free coach, a webinar, a community and started rebuilding. I didn’t have financial resource at the time to see a therapist so I absorbed every positive resource to start my own self healing journey. It is possible.
Don’t give up faith, hope or stop dreaming no matter how far it seems. It is there for you too.
Learn about forgiveness and acceptance of self and others. These are key to love and empathy.
Gratitude is the lifesaver. Every little gratitude adds a drop of happiness to your sugar bowl.
Do you Journal? Everyday you can write them out or say them out loud. Even gratitude for the sun shining or the water running or the fact you take a breath when you wake is a treasurable joy. “Life happens for us, not to us.” No matter what the circumstance. Once I wrapped my head around that it was a life changer.
You are so amazing in your muck. That messy brilliance is becoming your allí that leads to your rise and what you create from.
Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t. You absolutely can. When you show up, lay your beautiful heart on the table and reach out, it is the most vulnerable, yet most full of courage that you are reaching from. That is your powerful moment.
Do what you are able to do. Keep sharing, keep showing up and keep keeping it real.
